Abershoes.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline.
Orders placed are usually processed within 2~6 business days from the time the order is placed and based on the stock. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday within 2~6 business days. It will also take about 15-20 business days for International shipping.
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Abershoes cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the stock is available.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact the customs service. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs.
Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
Due to the high volume of orders, you may experience extended processing time up to 15 business days after we receive your return during the holiday seasons.
Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoe box.
All swimwear returns must contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. All swimwear must be unused, with all tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top &bottom) both pieces must be returned together. Abershoeswill does not take a return or exchange for individual pieces.
All lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
FINAL SALE: All Accessories includes jewelry, body chains, bags, sunglasses, hats, belts, tights/socks, scarves, key chains, beauty/cosmetic, hair, costumes, and all home category products (books, stationery, decor, party, tech) are final sale. All markdown items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Abershoesis not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
How to Return
Please contact the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. Then customer service will check with you and provide the return address.
Your package must include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
International Return Restriction
Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. International orders returned to Abershoes.com will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this, the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
- PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
- Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
